11ECWS Course DescriptionTeacher in Charge: Ms J. Moss.
Who would be interested in this course?Students interested in how the world around them has developed and formed, and their place in it.
This course will continue to develop a student's understanding of what it means to be a citizen of Aotearoa. We will look at our shared values and how these came to be normalised. This will lead to conversations about who makes decisions about sustainability and taking action.
This course builds on the learning in Years 9 & 10.
This is a half year course and counts as one of your two English course selections.

There are a range of opportunities for students to demonstrate their understanding in this course. Only one Level 2 English standard will be undertaken by each student.
