Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Ms N. Samson

Level 2 PES is an academic course with an emphasis on applying practical and theoretical knowledge. Students in this course will focus on practical skill performance in two contexts, examine anatomy and exercise physiology, examine the implementation and outcomes of camp, motor skill learning and biomechanics analysis, skill teaching and training principles.
