Course Description

Who would be interested in this course?

Students who have either participated in the Year 9 Academy, or been a regular participant in the extracurricular life of the music department. Students will also need to be taking instrumental lessons, either through the school itinerant scheme, or privately.

You may also need to do a quick audition in Term 4 2024 to confirm your position.


 

This course is for students who have prior experience on an instrument or voice (usually 2+ years).

You may be required to demonstrate your skills in a short audition if the music department is not familiar with your level.

  • Song Writing
  • Film Music
  • Music Theory
  • Music Technology
