Year 9 Mathematics

Year 9 Mathematics is organised into eight topics (two per term) and has a heavy emphasis on Number, Geometry and Statistical Representations in preparation for the new Numeracy standard sat by most in Year 10. Revision and maintenance of previously learned skills is an essential element of the course. This course includes Fractions, Decimals & Percentages, Algebraic Equations & Expressions, Patterns & Graphs, Measurement, Geometry, Statistics and Probability.
