Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr G. McLarin.
This course is for students who enjoy playing instruments (or singing) and wish to develop their overall musicianship.
The course is structured into group and individual tasks. These include developing skills on an instrument, playing music in a group, music theory knowledge, listening skills, using music technology (sequencing and notation software), creating original music, songwriting and film music.

Who would be interested in this course?
Students who already have basic skills on an instrument (or singing).
Students must be learning or be prepared to learn an instrument (weekly lessons), either privately or through school music lessons. Having an instrument to practice on at home is also an advantage.
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
A clearfile folder and basic stationery will be helpful for this course.
