Course Description

This Mathematics Course is for students who have succeeded in Level 2 Mathematics -  (12MACA or 12 MAC)). There are three externally assessed standards in this course; Complex Numbers, Differentiation and Integration. 

This course may be taken in conjunction with Level 3 Statistics (3MAS).

It is applicable to a wide range of University courses including Commerce, Engineering, Science and
Information Technology.

Note - Selection of this course does not guarantee entry. 

Recommended Prior Learning

Achievement at Merit level or higher for both AS91261 Algebra and AS91262 Calculus externals as well as AS91257 Graphs internal is recommended at Level 2.
